New Construction: "Showcase Guest Suite"
The 2000 Street of Dreams Luxury Homes Tour featured six fully furnished, state of the art, custom mansions. This bedroom suite was showcased in the model "Chanteclair".

Designer's Statement: Off the main entry you will find an intimate and inviting guest room with patio. The main focal point of the room is a hand forged Tuscan style bed adorned with luxurious fabrics in the golden, green, and deep red hues of Italy in Autumn. |
| A rust finish complements the iron drapery rods and straps on the chest nightstand, as well as the exterior patio table, and wine barrels. This rustic finish provides contrast to the elegant custom-made bedding. The iron canopy is draped with a lame' embroidered silk fabric, which softens the straight lines of the top frame. A side chair is conveniently located in the corner for dressing and is upholstered with a creme and red check. |

Charming custom made nightstands flank the bed and provide a balance of Old World charm combined with quaint elegance.
The room appears much larger due to the south wall of glass windows and a door leading out to the patio. There you will find an iron & glass table to enjoy a delicious beverage or snack. Authentic oak wine barrels create a fantastic backdrop for the greenery and a "Water Hyacinth" chaise lounge beckons one to relax and take in the outdoors.
